Girl students of Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, participated in a seminar held at Orange Telecoms Corporations, Gurgaon.

The session explained women’s contribution in the emerging IT sector. It was indeed, a boost for the girl representatives of third year Ayushi Gautam, Gaurika Nagpal, Kanishka, Mehak Mehta.

The day began with a warm welcome by the HR Head Mr Bhupinder Singh, which transformed into a power packed interactive session followed by a couple of sessions, including visit to the office to exhibit the working of a multi-national corporate. It did not just prove to be a lively experience of cherishing the glimpse of such a transitional world but the various interactive sessions with the mentors led to a complete clarity of thought process diminishing the haze magnificently. No doubt, it was a wonderful opportunity for all the girls to have gone through the blaze of the IT Corporate.
