A Hostel Night was conducted at the Himachal Pradesh campus to celebrate the spirit of togetherness. The night saw a mesmerizing entry made by Gippy Grewal and his team to enthrall everyone present there.

The occasion was graced by Dr Varinder Kanwar, Registrar, Chitkara University, Dr Rajnish Sharma, Dean, Academics, and Col (Retd) Kulwant Singh, Dean, Student Welfare.

Students presented a cultural program that was appreciated by one and all. The much anticipated event started at 4:00 PM with final match of Kabaddi, followed by the inaugural band performance and after that a song by Mandeep, electrician, Chitkara University.

The moment of the day was a modeling sequence by Chitkara University’s workers, reminding everyone that they were an integral part of the university.

A magic show conducted at the night by a first-year student was another attraction. While singers were crooning away, Gippy Grewal entered with his team and made a Bollywood entry by presenting a song from his upcoming movie. A prize distribution to reward the prizewinners of various events organized by the Hostel Committee followed soon after the cultural programs got over.

A DJ night was organized to make students feel the beat and the dance floor was open for everyone.

While everyone had their own bits of best moments, everybody had one thing in common that they would remember this night for years to come.
