The street play team “Tamashbeenz” of Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, bagged first prize in Nukkad Natak in Hill’ffair 2017, Annual Cultural Festival of National Institute of Technology (NIT), Hamirpur.

Our team Tamashbeenz has been applauded throughout the country with quite some honours and appreciations in its kitty and the latest one being at NIT, Hamirpur.

Nukkad Natak was full of excitement with various enthralling plays. For Tamashbeenz it was a platform through which they added to their existing skills and gained confidence and received admiration from a very interested audience. Smartly clad in their alma mater tee-shirts in red, the team put up a brilliant show and brought out a social cause. The message the street play gave out was indeed a profound one. As a dumbfound audience looked on, the Tamashbeenz paid their gratitude to their alma mater and thanked Chitkara University for helping them explore their acting skills.

The team was awarded the winners’ title as they left behind the others showcasing immense acting skills. We are proud of you Tamashbeenz. Congratulations on your feat.
