Training programs as COTP are indispensable for providing effective training to club leaders to enable them to perform their undertakings in a proficient manner. Aerica Singla, from the CSE-2016 batch, Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, is one such budding leader who represented Chitkara Toastmasters Club in COTP held in ISB Mohali, on 21st January 2018.

The training program was conducted for the Toastmasters clubs from Areas J1, J2 and J3, with members spanning to reputed organizations like ISB, Infosys, and Tech Mahindra etc. Aerica is currently heading the Chitkara Toastmasters HP Campus, as the President. She has been a driving force in the student community for the club and a motivator for her peers to inculcate the values for which Toastmasters Club stands for.
