It is indeed a matter of great honor that Chitkara University has been ranked 27th in the ‘Top Private Engineering Institutes’, 64th in the ‘Overall Engineering Institutes’ and 7th in North Zone among the ‘Top Private Engineering Institutes” by BW Businessworld’s Best Engineering Colleges Ranking 2020.

After detailed discussions and consultations with experienced experts from India and from abroad and also from interactions with leading scholars and researchers from around the world, BW Businessworld designed a complete evaluation framework for the process of ranking. The purpose of this framework was to provide a high quality, ethical and independent comparison of the quality of the Engineering and Technological Schools across the country. This is based on a criterion that applies to Indian Higher Education and is also globally favored.
