Dr. Minaxi Dassi with experience of 20+ years is currently an Associate Professor in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Chitkara School of Engineering and Technology, Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh. Besides teaching, she is Coordinator Student Mentorship Cell. Also she is the coordinator of Student Induction Programme and Universal Human Values (UHV-II) for Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh. She received her doctorate (PhD) in Electronics from Chitkara University, Punjab. She has done her M.E (Masters of Engineering) in Microelectronics from Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh and B.E (Bachelor of Engineering) in Electronics and Telecommunication from Amravati University, Maharashtra. She has authored/co-authored number of research articles published in various international journal (SCI-indexed), and international conferences of repute. She has also contributed to springer book chapters. She is also the reviewer of many peer reviewed journals. Her current area of research covers the designing and simulation of semiconductor devices such as tunnel field effect transistors and circuits like low noise amplifiers.
