A distinguished former officer of the Indian Army, Col. Sharma has served in challenging environments, including commanding a Rashtriya Rifles battalion in high-intensity counter-terrorism operations and working with the United Nations in Sudan. Post his military tenure, he has held leadership roles across security services, healthcare administration, and facility management.
