Chitkara University prides itself in its human resources who propel the institution to grow and scale greater heights. There have been numerous occasions when our faculty have brought laurels to us.
This time, it is Dhriti Duggal, Ph.D Research Scholar and Assistant Professor, from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering.

She presented a poster at the very prestigious 2017 Joint International EUROSOI Workshop and International Conference on Ultimate Integration on Silicon (ULIS) held on April 3-5, 2017 at Athens in Greece. Dhriti presented a poster titled “Quantum Confined Model for a Novel Tri-Material Gate Stack Engineered Double Gate MOSFET”. The poster was authored by Dhriti Duggal, Rajnish Sharma and Bhanu Kapoor.

The conference was jointly sponsored by National Centre for Scientific Research “Demokritos”, Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (INN) of NCSR “Demokritos”, IEEE Electron Device Society and SINANO Institute. There were numerous participants from across the world and Dhriti was selected on merit basis to participate in the Conference.

The faculty of Chitkara University indulges in immense research and have filed over 100 patents so far. Hard work and perseverance pays.
