Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh organised a session on “Pathway towards a Successful Career” on April 8th, 2022 at 02:00 PM. The session was headed by Sanjay Kundu, IPS, DGP, Himachal Pradesh. Sanjay Kundu is one among the most dynamic police officers and an eloquent speaker. He is an alumnus of the University of Minnesota and Harvard University. Sh. Sanjay Kundu, an award-winning IPS officer. He delivered an insightful session. The session witnessed enthusiastic participation of the students and faculty members of Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh. He discussed the topic in detail and emphasized on the importance of having strong fundamentals in life with 4L’s in Focus: Live, Love, Learn and Leave a Legacy.

He stressed upon gender equality, respect for women at the workforce, adaptability and diversity in work culture. He also mentioned that it is vital for the students to keep advancing their skills in writing, reading and listening as they aid us in every aspect of life. Dr, Varinder Kanwar, Vice Chancellor, Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, shared Chitkara University’s official presentation in a group meeting. Dr. Kanwar proposed and discussed some solutions, suggestions and strategic steps which can be taken by the police for better safety and security of all locals, students in and around the institutional area.

Sh. Kundu was accompanied by Superintendent of Police (SP) of Baddi region, Himachal Pradesh Sh. Mohit Chawla (IPS). The evening concluded by a vote of thanks by Dr. Manoj Manuja, Pro Vice Chancellor, CUHP and Dr. Pawan Kumar Paras, Registrar, Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh.
