The centre has following Researchers on board:

• Dr. I.S. Hudiara: Dr. Hudiara obtained his M.S. (Engg.) Microwaves and Quantum Electronics from University College London, University of London. He obtained Ph.D. (Engg.) from University of Bradford and did Post Doctoral at University of Surrey, England. He was earlier Professor, Head and Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. He has worked on several Research Projects sponsored by DRDO and Defence Electronics Research Laboratories and other organizations. He has guided 13 Ph.D. research scholars and published many research papers in IEEE Transactions and in many other high impact factor journals. He has chaired several technical sessions at international and national level conferences held in India and Abroad.
• Dr Rajnish Sharma: Dr. Rajnish Sharma is Ph.D. (Electronics) with specialization in solid state electronics. He has published number of papers in reputed research journal and conferences. He possesses rich experience in academics and research. He has a book titled “Solid State Electronic Devices” from Oxford University Press to his credit. Besides this, he has successfully completed research project on deposition and characterization of diamond like carbon films for futuristic applications related to microelectronic devices. He has been on the reviewer’s panel list for many journals of international repute like Applied Physical Letters, Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology, Carbon and Current Applied Physics.

• Dr. Harsh Sohal: Dr. Harsh Sohal is Ph.D. (Biomedical Engineering) with specialization in electrical impedance tomography imaging system design. Prior that he did his M.Tech. with specialization in VLSI Design Automation & Techniques. He has worked with industry and has also taught electronics engineering at the UG level. He has carried out research in interdisciplinary fields in his career. His research interests include Biomedical Engineering, electronics instrumentation for measurements and imaging, image reconstruction, mixed signal circuit design, Digital VLSI design, FPGA Design. He has published several papers in SCI listed journals of repute.
